Individuals that join Concept Starter Enterprise are considered to be donor contributors, because they contribute to a Business Formation Project in the embryonic stage of a new business idea as a condition of membership. Donor contributors that provide business formation grants to a Business Formation Project that are selected as part of their enrollment in the ConceptStarter.Net. Members that join are considered donor contributors, when they contribute to a Business Formation Project in the embryonic stage of a new business idea. A Concept Starter Membership obligate the owner of the project selected  to set aside up to a 5% equity stake in the venture offered one the grant goal set at the time the Business Formation Project is listed.  However, the owner has the sole option to terminate the offer at any time before or after the listing amount is reached.

The Donor Contributor will receive an option to invest when the owner of the project is ready to accept equity funding. Once, the model is certified for its readiness to receive equity capital funding. These grants are given to a specific venture in the name that appears in the membership agreement. The Donor Contributor further understands that the Business Formation Grant is awarded to the project that needs a Business Formation Model to attract equity and/or venture capital, for their first round of funding. Once, the model is certified for its readiness to receive equity capital funding.


The Concept Starter Membership enrollment fee - providing an adult member with an annual membership in an active Business Formation Project they selected. The value of the Business Formation Model is determined at the end of the formation development period. (See grant agreement) Members may increase the amount in their initial registration until the deadline of the goal amount until closing of the project or until for the project is reached.
